10 dag of powdered sugar,
egg,
2 egg yolks,
7 dag flour + for the baking sheet,
4 dag chopped almonds,
8 slices of fresh pineapple (or from a can),
lemon.
Preparation:
Wash the lemon and grate the peel. Heat the butter to room temperature. Mix it together with the sugar until foamy. Then add the egg and both yolks one by one.
Add another 7 dag of flour, almonds and lemon peel. Mix to get a smooth mass. Grease a baking pan with a diameter of 22 cm with butter and flour it.
Pour the batter into the pan and place the pineapple on it. Lightly press it into the dough and place in the oven (170 degrees Celsius). Bake for about 40 minutes.
