As a member of the Bio-terrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Chris is given a mission to go to Africa to investigate a biological agent that is transforming the population into aggressive and disturbing creatures. He and Sheva Alomar, a local BSAA agent, must join forces to uncover the truth behind this string of misfortunes.

This game is a port of the version that was released for Games for Windows – Live in 2009. If you buy the Untold Stories Bundle on Steam, you will get the same as Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition.
