VICE is designed to emulate and execute programs originally intended for 8-bit computers.
Currently, it can emulate the C64, the C64DTV, the C128, the VIC20, most PET models, the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).
All the emulators provide an accurate 6502/6510 emulator with precise timing. Unlike similar emulators, VICE aims to be cycle accurate by emulating chip timings as precisely as possible.
